When shipping outside of Europe your package will be subject to customs clearance. ParcelCompare® will assist you to produce all the required documentation when you book online. Your shipment may also be subject to import duty and tax if it’s over a certain value, and this is payable by the recipient.
TNT collects during office hours on working days, with same day collection from most locations and booking as late as 3 PM in many urban areas.
Most TNT vehicles have a tail lift for loading heavy parcels and pallets, however if you don’t have loading facilities we recommend you contact us in advance of shipping.
Couriers will not be able to collect without a TNT tracking label affixed to the parcel prior to collection, so you’ll need to make sure you have a printer to print your shipping labels when booking online.
TNT deliveries are made are made during working hours on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
TNT make three delivery attempts as standard. Although a signature is obtained for the majority of deliveries, TNT couriers can leave your parcel in a safe place such as in a porch or with a neighbour. If it’s important you have signed for delivery, you can upgrade to our signature required service.
If your package is over 30 kg in weight you will also need to help the delivering driver with unloading your delivery.
All our TNT rates include all applicable surcharges; however, we rely on you entering accurate weight and dimensions. If you don’t, additional charges may apply.
